I want to say firstly a big thank you to takemybluesaway for pointing out to me the connection between the other video for the Jacksons song, “Goin’ Places” and this video. I had no idea they were connected like that! Also, I had no clue that this was all connected to this photoshoot - 

It’s really hard to tell from the gifs, but if you watch the video you’ll see Michael reading the letter and then scrunching it up. I wish it didn’t have the overlay of him singing on top of it, because the footage is ultra awesome! And then later there’s some super-imposed footage of the “girl” walking away….I wish they had done more with the video. It’s like an early MJ video with the storyline and everything.

Anyway….LOL geekiness done.
